We act as an independent and reliable repair service for both flexible and rigid endoscopes. When it comes to cost estimates, we place particular emphasis on thorough and extremely detailed execution. If a repair does not make economic sense, we will be happy to make you an offer for a repair exchange!
Simple and uncomplicated
COLLECTION
We coordinate the nationwide collection of your defective endoscope. For this purpose, we provide you with prepared shipping notes, which are sent to the email address or fax you provide.

RENTAL DEVICE
In many situations we are able to provide you with a loaner device during the repair period.
COST ESTIMATE
We will provide you with a non-binding and extremely detailed cost estimate and a comprehensive damage analysis.
The cost estimate lists three different options for how to proceed. In addition to approving the repair, you have the option of receiving your device back in an unrepaired condition or having it disposed of free of charge.
REPAIR
After you have approved the repair, we will send you an order confirmation with the specified delivery date. A test report or an outgoing report will be created after the repair has been completed and enclosed with the device. We provide a 6-month guarantee on the repair carried out.
